We ship to residential and commercial addresses, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and AEO.
We do not ship overseas.

Packages are delivered Monday thru Friday only. Please note Two-Day Service and One-Day Service is not available for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, AEO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Undeliverable Orders

Please note that if your package is returned to The247Mall.com due to the following reasons:

1. Refused by Recipient
2. Unclaimed
3. Invalid Address
4. Addressee Not Known
5. Insufficient Address

the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please note shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging, express service, and insurance are non-refundable.

 


How do I cancel an order?

An order may be cancelled only if that order has not been shipped or an item is out of stock. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us by 9:00 am Standard Eastern Time the following business day. Please e-mail your cancel request to service@The247Mall.com. Please provide the following information in your order: first name, last name, billing address, and order confirmation number. Please note all cancel requests received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

How can I track my order?

You can either contact our Customer Service via e-mail at service@The247Mall.com or track it yourself. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service and we will send you your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, visit US Postal Service website www.usps.com or FedEx website www.fedex.com, depending on how you chose to have your order shipped, to determine the status of your shipment. If you have problems locating your package, please contact our Customer Service and we will be more than happy to assist you.

If portion of my order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will send the in-stock portion of your order via your chosen shipping method and the remaining items will follow as soon as they are in stock (at no additional charge).
