DUE TO IT'S NATURE SEX TOYS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

(opened or unopened packages).

This includes, but is not limited to, Anal Toys, Bondage Equipment, Cock Extensions, Dildos, Love Dolls, Love Kits, Penis Pumps, Sex Guides, Artificial Vaginas, Lingerie, and Vibrators.

We will only exchange a defective item with the same item provided, if it is returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Epic Sales and Marketing shall at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during 30 days from the date of purchase provided that Epic Sales and Marketing has found the product to be defective. Epic Sales and Marketing reserves the right to replace merchandise with different brand name product. Any abuse, misuse, modification or attempted modification shall void this warranty.

Video/DVD running times are approximations and are in no way representative of an actual or accurate running time. Video/DVD running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.

Prior to return of any merchandise, you must contact Customer Support Department at support@my247mall.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA #) during business hours, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Standard Eastern Time. You recieve a call with shipping information to return your defective product.

  

Due to health concerns, we will not accept any return package that does not have an RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Have your invoice available when called. Merchandise must be shipped back to Epic Sales and Marketing fright prepaid (COD will be refused) in their original containers or any other suitable box.

Please, include copy of your original invoice and description of problem or reason for return. RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns will be thoroughly tested prior to issuance of refund by our specialists within 5 days after returned item arrival. No returns/credits will be issued immediately.

Absolutely no refunds/credits after 30 (thirty) days from date of invoice.

Please, note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred by our customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.

Backordered items will ship as they become available, typically in 10 to 15 business days. If a backordered item cannot be shipped to your satisfaction, you may submit a cancel request for that item.

All descriptions, sizes, colors, packaging shown on our web sites are for your information and may vary from actual items shipped.

These return policies represent the entire policies and all prior policies are hereby revoked. Our failure to exercise any rights under these policies shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
